: Wood Workers Wanted
I've been removing a few grape vines and some have some sizeable root/crown "burls" that are a foot long and at least 5 to 6 inches thick, if not more. And there is a good amount of trunk attached. I'm curious to know if they would have value for turning or other woodworking and would like to hear from someone who might like to try some lathe work or carving. You can keep them if you'll take good photos, or let me photograph them, as part of a project I'm working on.
